Designation: Recruitment Manager (Non-IT Recruiter; Hindi Mandatory)
Job Description:
- Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget.
- Partnering with business for end-to-end talent hiring activities.
- Talent acquisition benchmarking & analytics on all areas.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements and updates.
- Uncover and engage passive talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidates viability for a position.
Skills :
- Hindi Mandatory.
- Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (Sales recruitment is advantageous).
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
