Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress
- Develop procedures, performance reporting, control frameworks, operating models, process digitization, optimization and resource utilization
- Prepare various accountability reporting dashboards
- Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and sponsors to ensure objectives and customer-focused requirements are defined and aligned with company directions
- Drive end to end digitization implementation programs and new operating structures (Considering People, Technology, Risk Management, Product, Business)
- Define functional KPIs, OKRs and ensure standards are implemented across functions
- Facilitate requirement gathering discussions with business and tech teams. Lead project review meetings & sprints
- Connect with customers and industry to capture on-ground challenges & scope out process recommendations and new developments
- Should have outstanding interpersonal skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels & ability to anticipate risks and issues, escalate and mitigate issue
- A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives
- Drive department level productivity enhancement initiatives and creation of various reporting dashboards
Requirements :
- Degree in business or related field, MBA or Project Management
- 2-4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, performance or project management
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures, NBFC, Bank or Fintech preferred
- Strong organizational, planning & communication skills
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
