Description :

As a Management Trainee in our Analytics Team, you'll play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to guide our strategic decisions. Joining our dynamic team, you'll be a part of building big data collection and analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights for our customers, products, and operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in solving real-world problems and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform advanced Data analytics to extract valuable insights

- Create impactful Data visualizations to communicate findings effectively

- Develop Data models to uncover patterns and trends

- Train and implement Machine Learning models to optimize processes

- Analyze diverse data sources and propose strategic solutions

- Collaborate on multiple projects across the organization, showcasing your agility and multitasking

abilities

Qualifications :

- Background in mortgage lending (not mandatory), Retail lending, Risk analytics will be a plus. Knowledge of Excel, R, Python, SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (Eg. Tableau, Power Bi, Google studio, etc.)

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Ability to convey complex findings to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives

- Attention to detail with a track record of delivering under tight timelines
