Key responsibilities:
- Developing monitoring and reviewing strategies or projects plans for HR functions in line with company's growth strategy and acting as an integral advisor to senior leaders and HR team members on Talent strategy.
- Timely identification of any loopholes or gaps in terms of technology and processes which may be relevant to HR strategy / Processes.
- Strategizing digital transformation of HR process and driving change management initiatives including performance management.
- Undertaking Digitization, Automation and Tech projects for achieving HR process excellence and guiding the team in the implementation.
- Assisting the team in developing dashboards and analytics on HRIS, payroll and employee data, performance or productivity data, competitors practices etc.
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to hiring practices, on- boarding /off-boarding operations, turnover, attrition, HR Data Audit data etc.
- Building & developing HR Processes with focus on overall organizational development, change management, business excellence and transformation.
Skill Set and Qualifications:
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on Experience on data Visualization and Analytical tools
- Project Management background and experience in Scrum projects would be an added advantage
- Impressive Communication and Presentation Skills
