Location: Mumbai

Key responsibilities will include:

- Understanding our medium and long-term growth plans.

- Formulating an HR vision, deciding on a strategic HR direction, and building plans to achieve your

goals.

- Achieving buy-in and active support across the organization.

- Implementing and driving change processes.

- Monitoring and reporting on results. Bench marking and Researching HR Data.

- Designing, developing and implementing innovative and high impact talent management programs.

Skill Set and Qualifications:

- A strong inclination to work with technology.

- Should have an eye for detail and work under tight timelines.

- Good communication and Email drafting skills.

- Problem solving and analytical ability.

- Agility and patience to multitask
