- Position Overview: The Corporate TA Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing the recruitment strategy for the organization's corporate roles.

- This individual will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and HR teams to ensure the company attracts, selects, and retains top talent to meet its business objectives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize TA processes.

Key Responsibilities:.

Strategic Recruitment Planning:.

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce planning needs.

- Analyze market trends and talent landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges in sourcing top corporate talent.

Talent Acquisition Execution:.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:.

- Partner with senior leaders and department executives to understand TA needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans.

- Provide guidance and training to TA executives on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
