Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS):

- Design, implement, and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) to align employee objectives with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain goal-setting frameworks (e.g., SMART goals, OKRs) and competency assessments.

- Provide training for managers and employees on PMS processes, tools, and best practices.

- Monitor the effectiveness of performance management processes and recommend continuous improvements.

- Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Manage the performance review cycles, including annual, mid-year, and quarterly evaluations, ensuring timely completion and constructive feedback.

- Partner with department heads to identify top performers and create succession and career development plans.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and collaborate with leadership to create and execute action plans.

- Organize events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Act as an employee advocate, addressing queries and concerns related to engagement, workplace culture, and work-life balance.

- Create communication strategies to keep employees informed about company objectives, values, and key initiatives.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and reinforce programs that align with company culture and values.

Continuous Improvement & Culture Development:

- Promote a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and development through workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs.

- Benchmark against industry standards and introduce innovative practices to enhance employee experience.

- Partner with HR colleagues to align engagement and performance strategies with broader organizational HR goals.

- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure all employees feel valued and included.

Qualifications:

Education:


- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a business partnering role.

- In-depth knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement programs.

- Experience with HRIS and performance management software.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced MS Excel for performance and engagement data reporting.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

- Experience in handling HRIS systems and performance management platforms.

Core Competencies:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and recommend actionable improvements.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for employee training, presentations, and reporting.

- Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Capacity to understand employee concerns and provide a supportive environment.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and effective solutions to address engagement and performance challenges.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
