Position Summary:


- The Cluster Head will lead a dynamic team of Branch Managers (BMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) to drive business growth in alignment with market potential.

- This leadership role involves overseeing team development, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the achievement of strategic sales targets across various product categories and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Branch Managers and Regional Managers to ensure business growth and market penetration.

- Identify quarterly training needs for team members and facilitate skill development to align with evolving market requirements.

- Actively plan career paths for team members based on their strengths, skills, and market potential, ensuring long-term professional growth.

Market & Business Strategy:

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify the potential of various product categories and brands within the cluster.

- Foster relationships with key accounts in the region through frequent meetings to gain insights into market trends and customer preferences.

- Increase business share across brands and product categories through focused initiatives and strategic actions.

Product & Brand Alignment:

- Stay informed about emerging brands and products in the market to ensure the company's product mix remains competitive and meets customer demands.

- Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams on the evolving market needs and trends.

Customer Acquisition & Engagement:

- Utilize digital platforms such as Buy Online and the Enterprise Portal to enhance customer engagement and expand the customer base in the region.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that increase the flow of enquiries and leads in the region.

- Continuously track and enhance the maturity level of customers, categorizing them into Lead, New (1-2), Potential Believer (3-5), Believer (6-9), and Family (10-13) based on sales frequency.

Customer Retention & Basket Share Growth:

- Focus on growing the basket share per customer, particularly within the Believer and Family customer segments.

- Increase frequency and volume of sales per customer by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in sales or business development.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, product categories, and customer segmentation.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in using digital tools to enhance business operations and customer acquisition.

- Ability to identify and act on market trends and opportunities swiftly.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic plans based on data and insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, business development, or similar functions.

- Experience with digital platforms and customer management tools is a plus.
