Job Summary:

- The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company.

- This role will drive the company's technological development, ensuring that our technology strategy serves the business's overall strategy.

- The CTO will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the company's vision and strategy to become a public listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy:- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Leadership:- Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Product Development:- Oversee the development and implementation of new technology products and services, ensuring they meet market needs and quality standards.

- Infrastructure Management:- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable to support current and future business needs.

- Innovation:- Drive technological innovation and identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies to enhance business performance.

- Vendor Management:- Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.

- Budget Management:- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Compliance and Security:- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and cybersecurity protocols.

- Stakeholder Engagement:- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the industrial or B2B retail sector.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business strategy.

- Proven track record of leading technology teams and managing large-scale projects.

- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
