Operations & Team Management:
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee billing, collections, and ensure operational efficiency, in collaboration with other teams.
- Develop KPIs and ensure operational goals are met in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales and operational processes.
Product & Program Collaboration:

Customer Relations & Retention:
