Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue targets.

- Identify and target new market opportunities, customer segments, and key partnerships.

- Create and manage a high-performance sales team through recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, educational institutions, and industry leaders.

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.

Business Development & Growth:

- Lead efforts to secure and expand partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and explore new business models, markets, and revenue streams to grow the company.

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.

Operations & Team Management:

- Manage day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Oversee billing, collections, and ensure operational efficiency, in collaboration with other teams.

- Develop KPIs and ensure operational goals are met in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales and operational processes.

Product & Program Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product and curriculum teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and the company's offerings.

- Provide feedback to help shape and improve course offerings, pricing strategies, and program delivery formats.

Customer Relations & Retention:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, helping with renewals and referrals
