- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

- Develop a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges that clients face, then identifies opportunities to increase sales of related products and services.

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to assess threats and share with the management / leadership on a weekly basis in reviews

- Coordinate with internal resources and with team for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.

- Focus on the segments (verticals/sectors) as defined by the Organization.

- Ability to sell ideas and innovation at the right level of decision-making while being supported by Zonal Sales Head and Group Director Sales and Marketing

- Identify current logistical processes that customers utilize to better understand their needs. i.e. spotted trailers, switching service, shipping/receiving hours, number of docks, commodities, utilization of brokers.

- Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually

- Continually learn new industry knowledge and acquire better selling skills. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and markets for the transportation and warehouse and distribution industry.

- Liaison to identify pain areas or problems of the customer to sell the need of our products - Identify and share credit worthiness of the customer through parameters such as In time payment, Damage and Detention clauses, Professionalism and intent for business.

- Putting together a list of target companies within the area business.

- Proper ground work which includes obtaining all relevant information from the market about the customer and from the customer for complete analysis for the objective expected by the customer and presentation (sensible serious requirements not pure cold calls turning into waste of effort) Study MIS for proper planning and execution

- Help determine credit worthiness and do a basic due diligence of new customers and communicate credit requirements to new customers and assist with budget projections for responsible operations. Additionally, you will assist the Zonal Sales Head and Group Director in developing the AOP and long-term strategic plans.

- In-sourced resource. This will require some

- Negotiating warehouse / 3PL, transportation, Supply Chain Lab, contracts along side Zonal Sales Head and Group Director Sales and Marketing

- Be an active participant of MBR and QBR with customers to document and measure performance as well as scope for enhancement of business relationship.

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

- Aid in the development of new training and/or re-training programs. Participates in the development of department goals and objectives; recommends, implements, and administers policies and procedures to enhance operations for the success of the project

- Disciplined well enough to follow customer requirements to sensible closure

- Working as a responsible and mature team member towards revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Organization.

- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

- Perform other related duties as assigned

- MOM to be circulated on time

- Leverages Analytics reporting tools to analyze and report on site visitor/customer activities and identify areas for improvement; measure search behavior, conversion rates, referrals, purchase patterns.
