About Us: Varun Beverages Ltd. under the umbrella of RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since the early 1990s and have over two and half decades consolidated our business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and expanding our distribution network. As of March 31, 2016, we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 17 States and two Union Territories in India. Although India is our largest market, we have also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mozambique, and Zambia. In addition, we intend to establish a greenfield facility in Zimbabwe in anticipation of franchise rights being granted by PepsiCo for such territory. We are looking for a Business Partner (HR) with following responsibilities: Recruitment and On-Boarding - Responsible for recruitment up to Grade M02 for their respective area of management. - Coordinating with respective Head of Sales and identifying the positions to be filled up. - Analyzing the job requirements and preparing Job descriptions and specifications. - Conducting the pre-screening round with candidates and closing the position after required rounds of interviews. - Maintain analytical and well-documented reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management. - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. - Negotiate and roll out offer letters to the selected candidates. - Manage the on-boarding and induction for the new joiners. Capability Management: - Implement and track the communication framework for sales. - Support in implementing various training initiatives as required. - Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and working to address them. - Driving HR Process training for the field force - Conducting internally developed assessment centers. - Coordinating for the annual performance appraisal process and preparing the first cut of the regional appraisal sheet. - Attend Sales and cycle review meetings. - Provide the HR consulting and inputs as required. Manpower Planning and control mechanism: - Contributing to the annual manpower planning and budget exercise. - Coordinating with the concerned Head of Sales to arrive at the final manpower required as per the Annual operating plan. - Implementation of approved manpower as per the budget and planning. - Keeping a track on the manpower deployed in the respective zone. Payroll and Third party employees management: - Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly attendance sheet of on roll employees and providing the same to the corporate office for salary processing. - Ensuring timely disbursement of salary to the off role employees through a vendor. - Responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution. - Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies. - Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances. - Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations. Statutory and legal compliances: - Ensures the implementation of labor laws and adherence to statutory compliance - Liaisoning with local statutory bodies pertaining to labor compliances and maintain amicable relations. - Impart adequate knowledge of labor laws to the line managers. - Facilitate compliance audits for the employees coming under the purview of particular Sales territory. Exit Management : - Conduct exit interviews for all employees - Maintain and analyze exit interview data MIS and Reporting Data Management: - Overseeing confirmations/transfers/relieving processes - Data management of the manpower deployed in a pre-defined format and updating the corporate HR on monthly basis. - Tracking the productivity of the sales manpower on monthly basis and preparing reports on the same. Rewards and Recognition: - Coordinate with concerned Sales Head for the various incentive schemes. - Collect productivity data for the concerned sales employees. - Rolling out monthly and quarterly incentives based on the various criteria. Employee Engagement: - Responsible for designing local level employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out. - Regularly visiting various sales offices in the regions and interact with the employees. - Rolling out major employee engagement activities driven by corporate HR. Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate in HR/IR with extensive experience of partnering a global business client group in Corporate environment in the following areas ; Talent Acquisition Performance management Talent management Employee Engagement Handling employee grievances Report Management Training and Development
