Key Role Deliverables:
Team Leadership and Team Development :
- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team for superlative performance while ensuring strict adherence to portfolio quality metrics and process guidelines
- Developing a strong MIS regime for effectively monitoring the overall performance of every member of the team so that they achieve the productivity benchmark
- Ensuring a healthy working relationship with peer functions and fostering a conducive environment in branches
- Building and driving a culture of meritocracy and leading by example.
- Sales : Generating sales volumes from the school owners with an emphasis on new client acquisition.
- Ensuring there is no intermediary sourcing channel and all proposals are sourced by the direct team.
Sales Management:
- Building strong MIS, monitoring teams' performance, and driving per employee productivity with at least 75% team meeting the benchmark
- Inculcating a culture of uniform disbursements across the month and maintaining working level camaraderie across interdependent functions viz. Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal / Technical, Audit, Collections, Legal, HR
- Marketing Management: Conceiving and operationalizing a focused and cost-effective BTL marketing plan in the zone for volume generation and enhancing the brand of the company.
Recruitment:
- Hiring manpower within the zone as per business needs and within the approved budget
- Ensuring diversity in the team by having a heterogeneous composition of CBMs, Relationship Managers, and Sales executives
Collection Management:
- Ensuring over 95% efficiency in early collection buckets
- Ensuring that the team spends adequate time with delinquent customers in softer buckets for collecting dues during the month
- Ensuring cheque bounce is controlled with timely awareness calling and the required customer education
- Monitoring that cash collection by the sales team and proper receipt issuance and immediate deposition in the company bank account

- Driving strong adherence to the company Code of Conduct policy
- Ensuring the team follows the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior
- Ensuring strategic guidelines issued by the management are implemented and the team is aligned with the overall company ethos.
Preferred Profile:
- Education Qualification: Post Graduate / Master's degree / MBA from Tier II preferred
- Product Exposure: exposure to both Secured and Unsecured products
- Loan Products handled LAP, SME, Construction/ Project Finance, and Business Loans.
- In-depth knowledge of property-related aspects is a prerequisite
- Proven Sales track record
- Strong people management skills, ability to lead a team of managers
- Passionate about making a difference and working in a niche segment
- High level of maturity to manage conflicts and command respect cutting across functions
- Comfortable in interfacing with clients
- Influential communication skills
- Mature in outlook and high on energy
- Well-traveled across semi-urban and rural landscapes in the state
- Willingness to travel extensively
