Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent.
- Mentor and support team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Engage in sourcing from the open market, including visiting schools and conducting cold calls.
- Manage both secured and unsecured loan offerings to meet client needs.
- Liaise with credit and IPS teams for efficient loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of mentoring sales teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
