Department - Corporate Finance

Location - Corporate Office, Ludhiana, Punjab.

Qualification - CA/MBA

Experience - Relevant experience of minimum 7 Years.

Purpose of the Role :

- Heading the Forex and Investment section.

- Managing & monitoring Groups Investments including Trusts, Promoter Cos & Promoters as per established Investment Manual & Policy.

- Managing and monitoring the forex exchange risk of the group as per the established policy.

Job Responsibilities :

Investment Opportunities :

- This involves scouting for various investment opportunities available in the market and then recommending the investment to be made to the management.

- This process involves undertaking detailed analysis of various investment options available taking into consideration investment mix and policy, asset allocation and risk balancing.

Approval Notes :

- Preparing detailed approval notes on studying & comparing various investment options as well as approval notes for hedging the currency exposure.

Hedging Through Options :

- Hedging of currency exposure using Options for Import/Export coverage, as Options allow us more flexibility in hedging of respective currency.

Quarterly Data :

- Various assignments relating to annual closing & board meetings like data for annual report, Board Notes, Investment income analysis quarterly & annually etc.

- Preparing the required data for Quarterly Investor Conference Call.

Miscellaneous Activities :

- Reviewing various reports/data in case of all companies like

- Data for NBFC Returns (Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly) /Monthly Reports/Annual Review/Income Budgets etc.

- Other need based reports as required by management.

- Ensuring regulatory compliances.

Interaction with the management :

- Providing a periodic updation to promoters about their investment portfolio.

- Providing updates to the management of market conditions by gathering key data and analyzing trends.
