Preparatory & Finishing In charge

1. Guidance and control of all production activities in preparatory & finishing.

2. Communication with manager & GSO of Preparatory & Finishing. Taking feedback of daily activities and intervene with suitable actions as per requirement.

3. Fixing of monthly budget and ways & means to achieve on daily basis along with production head. Coordination with PPC for daily input plan

4. Ensuring compliance of daily planning and timely intervention if needed

5. Making monthly dyes and chemical procurement plan. Raising monthly indent in case of special chemical, making timely plan for procurement.

6. Ensuring proper training of workmen as mentor

7. Guiding, coaching and ensuring to maintain SOP's in the department

8. Subordinate development is another major role of HOD, to meet the future requirements.

9. To ensure the optimal use of available resources to control the consumption of utilities in department.

10. Guiding and motivating team members to actively participate in TPM and Quality Circle concepts.

11. Mentoring and counselling team members on personal as well as professional issues, if any, for team building.

12. Take round of whole department minimum once in a day to check and review the smooth functioning of sections.

13. Participating in departmental communication meetings and cross functional meetings.

14. Encouraging team members to use safety equipment while working on machines/ chemical areas, to ensure zero accident in the department.

15. To ensure the proper training of new workers

16. Leading the team to achieve the organizational goal on day to day basis.
