About the Role:

As a part of the Recruitment Team, you will have a chance to oversee all aspects of the firm's hiring process.

What Would This Role Entail?

1. Develop and implement recruitment initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategies to 2. support its organizational requirements

3. Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle (Sourcing CVs to Onboarding)

4. Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates

Necessary Skills:

1. Extensive knowledge of hiring platforms

2. Knowledge of Internship coordination work

3. Negotiation and problem solving skills

4. Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills

5. Excessive attention to details

6. Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (Or Google Docs and Google Sheets)

7. Professional proficiency in English

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally at all times

9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Good to Have Skills:

1. Willingness to travel and work flexibly

2. Ability to multitask and work with multiple sets of data simultaneously

3. Degree in HR
