Role Overview:
As a Social Media & Project Manager in the Dissemination & Third-Party Page Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and distribution of political content across various third-party digital platforms.
You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless content dissemination, audience engagement, and strategic page management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Management:
- Lead and manage content dissemination strategies across third-party social media pages.
- Work closely with digital, content, and analytics teams to ensure data-driven content deployment.
- Develop organic and paid social media strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
- Ensure timely execution of content plans aligned with campaign objectives.
Third-Party Page & Social Media Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party social media page owners, influencers, and digital communities.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy for maximum visibility and impact.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, political communication guidelines, and digital marketing best practices.
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to refine content strategies.
- Social media management experience is mandatory.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with political teams, campaign strategists, and vendors to align dissemination efforts with overall campaign goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and political clients on project progress and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of dissemination strategies.
- Utilize data insights and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Twitter/X Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
- Optimize CTR, audience engagement, and conversion metrics for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-7 years in social media management, digital marketing, project management, media planning, or political consultancy.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Content Strategy & Community Management: Experience in content creation, audience targeting, and growing online communities.
- Digital Advertising: Basic knowledge of paid media campaigns, social media advertising, and influencer outreach.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and dynamic requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in audience analysis, engagement tracking, and content optimization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Odia, English, and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Collaboration: Experience working with political teams, vendors, and digital strategists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in political campaigns, social media marketing, or content dissemination.
- Understanding of election strategies, voter engagement techniques, and grassroots mobilization.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, audience segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
