About the Role:

As a part of the Onboarding Team, you will have a chance to oversee all aspects of the firm's Onboarding process.

Necessary Skills:

- 3-4 years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist.

- Must have experience in the Onboarding process.

- Must have experience in the Onboarding process including Offer Letters, Induction and conducting Background Check Verification, Drafting policies

- Assisting New Hires with Onboarding paperwork and training.

- Experience in working on HRMS

- Preparing weekly and monthly onboarding reports.

- Strong English communication skills (Verbal and Written).

- Ability to handle high-volume work environment.

- Good Understanding of Microsoft tools(Excel, word& Powerpoint )

Good to Have Skills:

1. Willingness to travel and work flexibly

2. Ability to multitask and work with multiple sets of data simultaneously

3. Degree in HR
