About the Team: - As a part of the Campaign Team, you will have a chance to ideate, pitch for, execute, monitor and optimize online and offline campaigns for the client at all levels - constituency, district, division, state, regional and national. - As a part of the process, you will also have the opportunity to participate in party-facing and vendor-facing interactions at all possible levels - ranging from ground-level to the top. - Interacting with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand and finalize project SOPs,What Would This Role Entail? - Interacting with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand and finalize project SOPs, deliverables, timelines and vendors - Managing Central Party Leadership and Sangathan (Client and client affiliated organizations) relationships to ensure seamless coordination and timely project execution - Communicating with and directing the team to meet client expectations as per deliverables - Overall responsibility for all projects taken up by the team - Managing client interactions and understanding client needs - Maintaining internal quality standards of deliverables - Ensuring adequate quality of service provided by vendors - Executing online and offline campaigns in coordination with the client and the vendors - Ideating new ideas and methods to improve the campaign Necessary Skills: - Experience working with the Sangathan - Team management - Relationship management - Vendor management - Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools - Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours - Ability to operate in a noise-filled environment with multiple stakeholders at all times - Ability to make snap decisions with available (and incomplete) data - Creativity and bringing new ideas on the table Good to Have Skills: - High understanding of politics and the nature of India's democracy - Bachelor's degree/Master's degree - Professionals with 3-7 years of experience
