About the Team:

As a part of the Social Media Reporting & Analysis team at Varahe Analytics, you will have a chance to understand and analyze social media and perform original research and analysis in areas related to politics for a national party with a presence across India. The role demands high levels of confidentiality, good social skills, an eye for detail, and disciplined adherence to documentation protocols and deadlines.

What Would This Role Entail?

1. Working Experience: 2-3 years

2. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree and above

3. Design and develop machine learning and AI models to solve specific problems or enhance business processes, ensuring they are scalable and efficient

4. Conduct extensive data exploration and preprocessing to prepare large datasets for training and validation of models

5. Continuously evaluate and refine models based on performance metrics to improve accuracy and efficiency, implementing updates as necessary

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business environments and workflows

7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies

Necessary Skills:

1. Strong Advanced Machine Learning Techniques: Proficient in a range of machine learning methods, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

2. Programming Skills: Strong coding skills in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in AI development, with a good understanding of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

3. Data Manipulation and Analysis: Ability to perform complex data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, or SciPy.

4. Model Evaluation and Implementation: Skilled in evaluating model performance through various

metrics and implementing models into production effectively.

5. Natural Language Processing: Deep understanding of NLP techniques and models, particularly those related to LLMs such as BERT, GPT, and transformers, to develop and refine language-based applications.

6. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to design algorithms and systems for real-world AI applications.
