Job Summary:


The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Recruitment plays a vital role in our organization by managing and optimizing the recruitment process. This role is responsible for working closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HRBP will ensure that our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Create and maintain a recruitment plan that outlines key hiring initiatives, timelines, and resources.

Talent Sourcing:

- Identify and utilize appropriate channels for sourcing talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and head hunters as needed.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews.

- Work closely with hiring managers to make informed and timely hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates during and after interviews.

Offer Management:

- Develop and extend job offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and coordinate the onboarding process.

Data and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and metrics.

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment status, budget, and effectiveness.

Compliance and Diversity:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Training and Development:

- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

(Only Male candidates are preferred.)

Necessary Skills :

- 3 years of work experience in HR Recruitment.

Essential Qualification: Master's degree in HR

- Political acumen and political awareness of India.

- Working knowledge of MS Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint Presentation.

- Experience with Advanced MS Excel/Vlookup/Hlookup and Google Sheets.

- Attention to detail.

- Demonstrated success in crafting compelling messages that resonate with audiences.
