Location: Raipur, Bhubaneswar and Nagpur/Mumbai Office (for projects across India)

Roles & Responsibilities: Call Center Management:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple call centers located in Raipur, Nagpur, and Bhubaneswar.
- Ensure that call center operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Team Management:- Supervise and lead a team of Team Leads responsible for managing tele callers.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Team Leads to maximize team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Campaign Management:- Coordinate and allocate survey campaigns to different teams.
- Ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on call center performance for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Necessary Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in call center operations or any other operations profile which requires handling a team.
Preferred Skills:- Marathi and Odiya language proficiency for candidates in Nagpur and Bhubaneswar, respectively.
- Experience in the telephonic survey industry.
