About the Team:

As a part of the Campaign Team, you will have a chance to ideate, execute, monitor and optimize online and offline campaigns for the client at the hyper-local, constituency, district, division and state levels. As a part of the process, you will also have the opportunity to participate in party-facing and vendor-facing interactions at all possible levels - ranging from ground level to state level.

What Would This Role Entail:

- Interacting with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand and finalize project deliverables, timelines and vendors

- Building SOPs under the manager's guidance to ensure all relevant project details are frozen (and then distributed to all relevant stakeholders) well in advance of the project execution start date

- Assisting the team manager in managing the team

- Managing client interactions and understanding client needs

- Maintaining internal quality standards of deliverables

- Ensuring adequate quality of service provided by vendors

- Executing online and offline campaigns in coordination with the client and the vendors

- Providing clarity (via reporting) to the manager about project execution in a timely manner

- Managing (and being physically present at) critical offline events to ensure perfect execution

Necessary Skills:

- Should have a demonstrated experience in Political Consultancy.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours

- Professional proficiency in English and speaking proficiency in Marathi required.

- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced environment

- Relationship management

- Team Management

- Documentation skills

- Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to operate in a noise-filled environment with multiple stakeholders at all times

Good to Have Skills:

- Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India's democracy

- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree

- Understanding of call center operations

- Experience in event management
