Position : Head of Finance

Job Description : The Head of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the organisation. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Head of Finance also provides financial advice and support to the organisation's leadership team.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organisation's overall goals and objectives.

2. Manage budgets and ensure that expenses are aligned with revenue.

3. Oversee financial reporting and ensure that financial statements are accurate and timely.

4. Ensure that the organisation's financial practices are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Provide financial advice and support to the organisation's leadership team.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other funding sources.

7. Stay up-to-date on trends in finance and accounting.

8. Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications :

1. Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2. 10+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
