You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

Done it before:

- Show us that you have designed, set up, executed, analyzed and tweaked successful growth marketing campaigns for web and mobile applications before.

- Passion for data: analyze and report on experiment performance, communicating learnings, progress, timelines, and results.

- Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a remote team. Have a Hands-on mentality and open to learning new skills in different fields.

- Innovative, the ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo... always looking for the next best way to do it to grow and retain growth and increase recurring revenue

- Have a strong research/quantitative skills and analytical mindset with academic training an eye for detail but also the big picture in mind.

- High EQ and excellent communication skills in English.

Ideally you also have:

- At least 2+ years of experience in the field of paid acquisition campaigns in a growth marketing team.

- SEO Strategy and management experience.

- You take a data-driven approach to derive insights and adjust strategy accordingly. Excellent excel and data analysis skills.

- An analytical mind and a mastery of campaign A/B testing.

- You know how to analyze and improve campaign KPIs across all channels.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, MixMax, Hootsuite, Jira/Asana, WordPress, Elementor, and other analytic/management tools.

- Experience working in a healthcare setting, B2B Tech, or being exposed to procurement data is a plus.
