AssetPlus is seeking a data-driven and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. We're looking for someone who can leverage data and insights to develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, optimize acquisition channels, and build a strong brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
1. Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Develop a data-first marketing approach, tracking performance across PPC, branding, automations, events, and social media.
- Set up and manage dashboards and reporting for real-time campaign insights and decision making.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment-driven marketing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
2. Performance Marketing & Acquisition (PPC - Digital & Offline - Regional):
- Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize campaigns to drive quality lead generation for sign-ups and engagement.
- Explore and implement offline PPC and media strategies (radio, print, OOH) for MFD acquisition.
- Track and analyze key acquisition KPIs, optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
3. Branding & Awareness:
- Develop a strong brand positioning strategy tailored for target personas.
- Plan and execute creative branding campaigns that establish AssetPlus as a leader in the space.
- Manage brand consistency across all digital and offline assets.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling brand messaging.
4. Marketing Automation & CRM:
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, engagement and adoption of product/brand.
- Optimize email, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns to enhance user activation and retention.
- Work with tech and Growth teams to enhance marketing funnel automation and attribution.
5. Events & Partnerships:
- Plan and execute industry events, expos, and offline activations.
- Build strategic partnerships with associations, and financial communities to enhance brand reach.
- Leverage offline events to drive sign-ups and engagement.
6. Social Media & Community Growth:
- Own and grow AssetPlus social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop content strategies that position AssetPlus as a thought leader in the MFD & FinTech space.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry experts for organic engagement.
Who You Are:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience in FinTech, BFSI, or high-growth B2B/B2C startups.
- Hands-on experience with PPC, branding, marketing automation, and social media growth.
- Strong analytical mindset - ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven experience in scaling acquisition channels and executing high-impact brand campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in event marketing and partnerships is a plus.
