Strategic Planning: - Participate in strategic planning to align partner (AssetPlus registered Mutual Fund Distributor) growth initiatives with the company's long-term objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to distributor growth and support Marketing and Promotional Activities: - Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and sales - Provide partners with marketing materials, tools, and resources to support their sales efforts Technology and Tools: - Leverage technology to provide partners with easy access to information, tools, and resources. - Promote the use of digital tools that enhance the partner's efficiency and productivity. Platform Adoption: - Oversee the adoption of AssetPlus digital products and services by distributors. - Collaborate with the Tech and Product team to achieve increased platform adoption Digital Campaigns: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing distributor engagement and product sales. - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Community Building: - Work towards creating partner communities - Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among partners using digital platforms. Incentive Programs and Rewards: - Design and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing distributors. - Ensure the incentive programs align with the overall business goals and objectives. Performance Monitoring: - Set and track KPIs related to digital engagement, such as platform usage rates, content interaction levels, and distributor satisfaction scores. - Use this data to continuously refine and improve digital engagement efforts. Feedback and Improvement: - Gather feedback from distributors to understand their challenges and requirements. - Use this feedback to make continuous improvements to the company's products, services, and support mechanisms. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a Growth-related role. - Dynamic, energetic, and adaptable to an unstructured work environment. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills. - Skilled in using PowerPoint for presentations.
