- We're hiring an experienced Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy.

- In this role, you'll manage content creation, oversee a dynamic team, and ensure that all content aligns with business objectives and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives driving increased visibility, engagement, and business growth.

- Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring content across all platforms aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and longterm positioning strategy, while maintaining consistency and quality.

- Spearhead the planning and execution of a content distribution plan across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

- Manage a team of content writers, graphic designers, and video editors, providing creative direction to ensure the production of high-quality, on-brand content that meets strategic goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.

- Lead competitive analysis and market research efforts, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting content strategies to maintain a leadership position in the market and strengthen the company's brand authority and positioning.

- Drive SEO excellence by leveraging advanced keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building tactics to ensure that all content maximizes organic traffic, supports lead generation, and contributes to business growth.

- Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance using analytics tools, ensuring insights are used to refine strategies and enhance engagement and conversions.

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy development, and distribution across various platform.

- Must have experience in content amplification strategies and performance monitoring across multiple channels.

- Must have prior experience leading and managing a team of content writers.

- A strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Personal Finance is required.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong creative flair.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken hindi is a must.
