We are looking for a Business Growth Manager to drive lead generation, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, experience in setting up growth channels, and a strategic approach to driving business expansion. This role requires expertise in market intelligence, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and develop new online and offline lead generation channels.
- Create and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Organize financial awareness events, networking sessions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Build strategic partnerships with cohorts, communities, influencers, and organizations aligned with the company's target audience.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key partners for mutually beneficial collaborations to drive awareness and engagement.
Market Intelligence & Business Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and investor behavior to refine acquisition tactics.
- Align offline growth efforts with digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Track and analyze client acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and re-engagement efforts to optimize growth strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Develop strategies to engage the existing customer base, increase market share, and drive retention.
- Establish centralized communication channels to keep customers informed, engaged, and actively transacting on the platform.
- Implement re-engagement campaigns for inactive users, encouraging them to return to the platform.
- Work with marketing teams to craft targeted communication and reactivation campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business growth efforts with company objectives.
- Assist in refining customer acquisition and retention strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in business development, lead generation, or strategic partnerships.
Growth Expertise: Prior experience in setting up 0-1 growth channels and forming strategic partnerships.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, finance, investments, or related fields.
Industry Network: Existing connections with corporates, institutions, or industry leaders is a plus.
Location: Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
