Location: Gurgaon (5 days working).

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager with a strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Month-End Closure Activities, and Taxation. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial operations, compliance requirements, and effective management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivables Management:

- Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.

- Monitor payment cycles, vendor relationships, and customer invoicing to optimize cash flow and maintain strong financial relationships.

Month-End Closure Activities:

- Lead and manage month-end closure activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, expense accruals, and revenue recognition, ensuring a timely and accurate financial close.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and support for the month-end closing process.

Taxation Management:

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by overseeing tax planning, tax preparation, and filing activities.

- Collaborate with tax consultants and authorities to address tax-related inquiries and optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit standards and resolving audit findings.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing analysis and insights into financial performance, variances, and trends.

- Present financial reports to management and stakeholders, offering recommendations for financial decision-making.

Team Management and Development:

- Lead and motivate the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training for professional growth.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified CA, or MBA in Finance.

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivables, month-end closure activities, and taxation.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and accounting principles.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
