Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for delivery of multiple projects - Automation within one large account
2. Offshore counterpart of the onsite portfolio manager working in coordination
3. Streamline delivery (people, process, tools)
4. Gather metrics and plan for Continuous Improvement
5. Identify and implement best practices (industry and customer)
6. Develop leads, identify skill gaps and plan for skill augmentation
7. Take part on various customer status and escalation calls
8. Travel onsite for short trips for customer connect and onsite team connects
Skill :
1. 14-16 years of experience in QA project delivery
2. Experience in Insurance industry in P&C
3. Rich Experience in Agile delivery methodology
4. Hands-on experience in Automation (developing/ enhancing frameworks)
5. Team management, mentoring and leadership development
6. Excellent communication
7. Would have managed US based customers
8. Experience in QA process in methodology developing/ enhancing documentation, templates, check-lists
9. Worked on implementation of best practices
10. ROI & TCOE.
