Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a Mid, Senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for further consideration by the hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new IT hires.
