Job Description:

- As a Human Resources Business Partner Leader (HRBP Lead), you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and provide strategic guidance and support to our organization's business leaders.

- Your expertise will help us foster a high-performance culture and drive talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners.

- Collaborate on organization-wide strategies with senior HR leaders.

- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce trends and challenges.

- Design and implement talent management programs.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Facilitate training and development initiatives.

- Drive organizational change and foster a culture of open communication.

- Provide expert advice on employee relations and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadership.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant HR tools.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
