Key responsibilities:

1. Present engineering innovation and product updates on monthly basis

2. Run engineering of new products development using evolutionary and radically differentiated process

3. Lead and manage technical teams to design and implement highly reliable, scalable, extensible, maintainable, and operable platform

4. Lead enterprise products on different technology stack, and team size of 30+ engineers

5. Drive big data and machine learning innovation

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E/ MCA

12+ Years of experience in designing architecture for high performance and scalable SaaS products.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience leading 30+ teams across multiple products and technologies

2. Managed and developed products on Python/PHP/Java

3. Exposure and understanding on Big data and Machine Learning

4. Must have pro-actively driven products and technology planning exercises for the organization

5. Experience in building and scaling engineering teams with direct experience of managing managers of team
