Job Description:


- As Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for the success of ValueFirst's customers spanning in different industries.

- The role will play a pivotal part in achieving the monthly revenue and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Generation:

- Drive business growth by bringing in new accounts.

- Work proactively to meet assigned monthly revenue and gross profit goals.

Client Relationship Management:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfil client requirements effectively and efficiently.

- Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between departments to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.

Financial Management:

- Facilitate timely collection of payments from clients.

- Address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Customer Needs:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the diverse and specific business needs of clients.

- Apply your knowledge of our products to tailor solutions that align with clients' requirements.

Engagement with Decision Makers:

- Engage with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.

- Drive alignment and consensus on sales solutions to secure successful deals.

Sales Pipeline Management:

- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure its robustness and alignment with targets.

- Provide accurate and timely reports of both the pipeline and prospects within it.

Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills, a great communicator, and a coherent presenter.

- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and achieving targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to take initiative.

- A quick learner who can grasp complex concepts and effectively convey them to clients.
