KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client management:

Delivery management:
- Leading a team of data analytics and business domain professionals to design, develop, and implement custom solutions and products for clients and the firm
- Lead analytics engagements involving descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics by using techniques including EDA, data engineering, AI/ML models (e.g., ensemble models), predictive modelling e.g., Regression, Decision Tree/Machine learning algorithms e.g., Time Series Forecasting, Market Basket Analysis, Clustering (e.g. K- means)/Risk based modelling, Predictive Maintenance, Optimization, principal component analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation
- Manage a team of data science and analytics professionals and domain experts to ideate and implement analytics solutions, products, services to customers
- Responsible for hiring, training & development, KRA setting, and performance management
- Business responsibilities include revenue planning, budgeting, capacity planning, resource allocation, project management, workflow measurement, management reporting, and sales support
- Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction
Technical Skills:
- Including Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Cloud Computing, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Java, Angular, C++, UI/UX, Statistical and mathematical modeling, and MS Office
Marketing, business development, organization development support
- Support on collaterals and samples
- Contribute towards marketing & thought leadership content
- Sales support includes, prospect identification, preparing project proposals, presentations, and promotional collateral to market solutions to potential customers
Educational, experience, and skills requirements:
- Graduate/post-graduate or equivalent in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics/econometrics, engineering, operations research, computer science, or another highly technical or quantitative field. A professional masters degree would be preferred.
- Around 8 years of experience in data analytics, software development, preferably in financial services industry. Proven experience in live implementation of data analytics services or products, of which at least one should be at an onsite location (outside India)
- You should have at least 2 years of team management or people management experience managing data analysts
- Hands-on experience on AI/ML technologies, predictive modeling using various models, deep learning, mathematics and statistical tools
- Strong experience and understanding of banking, lending, Fintech, equity and credit analysis, stock and bond investing, wealth management and financial services is mandatory
- Experience in other sectors such as CPG, healthcare, Tech-enabled services, Automotive, and Retail would be preferred
- Proven experience and expertise in the required technical skills is a must. Must have worked in the cloud environment
- Strong problem-solving approach and analytical skills, including critical thinking and the ability to integrate/analyze data and bring out insights
- Ability to work on tight deadlines, communicate effectively across hierarchies (including CXOs), and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Travel-ready
- Analytical, ethical, detail oriented, and self-motivated
