About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Strategy & Management:

- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the affiliate program, ensuring affiliate partners drive targeted traffic and revenue.

- Optimize affiliate recruitment processes and identify new potential affiliate partners (publishers, influencers, bloggers, etc.

Affiliate Partner Recruitment & Relationship Building:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they are a good fit for the brand.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to increase program performance.

- Negotiate commission structures and performance incentives with affiliates.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track and analyze affiliate program performance (traffic, conversions, revenue) using affiliate platforms and analytics tools.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the affiliate network to optimize performance.

Content & Marketing Support:

- Work with affiliates to provide marketing materials (banners, landing pages, links, product descriptions) that align with campaign objectives.

- Provide guidance on content and messaging strategies to ensure affiliates' promotional efforts are consistent with brand guidelines.

- Ensure affiliates are up-to-date on product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Optimization & Growth:

- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Analyze affiliate traffic, conversions, and overall performance to identify areas for optimization.

- Recommend strategies to scale the affiliate program, including increasing affiliate engagement and improving overall ROI.

Competitive Analysis & Industry Research:

- Stay updated on trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital marketing to keep the program competitive.

- Monitor competitors' affiliate programs and analyze their strategies to identify new opportunities or threats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ years in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation tools.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal teams.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Tech Savvy: Understanding of basic HTML, SEO, and web analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with influencer marketing or eCommerce.

- Familiarity with performance-based marketing models (CPS, CPA, CPL).

- Knowledge of affiliate compliance and fraud prevention practices
