Valuations Role - Equities & Rates

We are looking for someone to use their expertise and join team in Mumbai

- Supervise and facilitate Equities, Rates, FX, Structured Finance and Credit Valuation Control Service (VCS) delivery in India (Mumbai)

- Lead various projects/audits/India initiatives, etc.

- Build strong working relationships with all key areas within the organization, including India Management, onshore counterparts, Front office, Market Risk and Model Control (MRMC), Financial Control Services and business unit controllers

- Supervise and review Independent Price Verification (IPV) results and reserve calculations for complex structured finance and, rates, FX and credit products

- Work across asset class teams globally to understand the business and the drivers for IPV, valuation reserves and uncertainty calculation under prudential valuation standards.

- Understanding and assessing the impact of various regulatory changes on the IPV process and designing processes for new reporting requirements.

- Review and challenge existing valuation techniques and proactively implement enhancements which preclude any significant error in future

- Work with the Valuation Methodology (MRMC) team to perform ongoing reviews of valuation techniques to adapt to changing market conditions.
