Valuations Role - Asset Management Real Assets Division

Our client is one of the global reputed MNC's groups which provides industry focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled Valuation professional to join their Asset Management's Real Assets Division in Mumbai.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Independently evaluating key valuation assumptions, writing asset valuation reports and commentary when necessary.

- Rolling forward and reviewing valuation models for various asset types and geographies, reviewing asset reports, and updating valuation models in consultation with asset managers.

- Collaborating with the team to analyze client issues and recommend solutions, prioritizing objectives and contributing to project execution and status reporting.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and engagement team members, ensuring smooth service delivery within the defined competency/geographical area.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Preferred experience in financial modeling, particularly in Project Finance valuation models.

- In-depth understanding of financial and valuation principles, knowledge of different investment structures, such as convertibles, straight equity, and shareholder loans, is advantageous.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
