Valuation Head - Job Opening with a Leading Consulting Firm

Looking for candidates with extensive experience in valuation and strong business development background.

Role: Valuation Head – South India

Location: Flexibility to be based at Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Education: MBA from premier institute / CA

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Valuation of Companies / experience in M&A

Job Responsibilities:

- Business Development: 60%

- Execution / Operations: 40%

Job Description:

- Responsible for development of Valuation practice in South market

- Building client relationship

- Ensure the quality, risk converge etc. in assignment execution

- Team building;

- Guide and mentor the team for the execution of the Valuation assignments

- Development of new products

- Ensure assignment documentation, risk coverage, quality etc. while executing the assignment

- Ensure that there is proper system in place for creating proper documentation in compliance with the procedures as laid down in the ISO manual

- Regularly updating your knowledge base and sharing the same with the team

- Keeping track of the current and emerging industry issues and trends in the domestic market
