Valuation Analyst (Real Estate)

Our client is a Global Consulting major with offices in over 200 cities across the globe.They are looking for a valuation analyst (Real Estate) to be based out of their Chennai office which handles the South India region.

Role Description :

- Build detailed financial models for the various real estate deals/projects which are being evaluated

- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, business pitch, proposals, information memorandum etc.

- Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparables

- Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing for fund raising and real estate transactions

- Coordinate efforts with team members across the vertical & region

- Excellent communication skills(verbal+written) is a must for this role.

- Ability to build/nurture relationships and effective networking skills are important to succeed in this role.
