Experience and Education: - 4-6 years of experience in marketing and sales in WTP/ETP or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is advantageous.
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and odour control.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the environmental or industrial water treatment sector.
Promote and sell products/services from IPEC (www.ipec.be) and Trevi (www.trevi-env.com).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives for WTP / ETP & odour control products.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients, convert leads into sales, and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Product Presentation: Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients to highlight the benefits of WTP and ETP solutions.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable sales while meeting client requirements.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Water Treatment and Effluent Treatment technologies and processes.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
