Key responsibilities:
1. Working with the business team (onsite & offshore) to understand data/reporting requirements for
2. Design and implementation of macros-based tools for excel-based automation of key processes across Sales, Operations, and Finance
3. Identifying manual time-consuming processes on excel that have scope for automation through formulae or macros
4. Working with the functional departments to understand their requirements in terms of automation
5. Build macros or excel formula-based templates to reduce the amount of time spent on manual work
Requirements for the role:
1. Experience working with relational databases and writing complex SQL procedures
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
3. Strong hands on skills in Excel(Pivots, functions, VBA is added advantage)
4. Strong development skills in Python/R
5. Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlikview, power BI, Superset
6. Problem-solving skills
7. Accuracy and attention to detail
8. Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
9. Team-working skills
10. Verbal and Written communication skills
11. Proven working experience in data analysis
