About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, PySpark, and Python, and should be comfortable working with large-scale datasets (1TB+).

- Experience in the fintech domain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to drive business insights.

- Write efficient and optimized SQL and PySpark scripts for data wrangling and processing.

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver

actionable insights.

- Ensure data quality and consistency across different data sources.

- Perform root cause analysis and identify data anomalies or trends.

- Work with data engineering teams to improve data models and infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- 1-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.

- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets (1TB+).

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Preferred: Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services domains.
