We work with some of the marquee brands across India, US and APAC to build transformative solutions for Credit Risk, Fraud, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection, Data lake, IOT analytics etc. Our team comprises 70+ professionals across Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Cloud expertise.

We are looking to for Supply chain consultants to augment our supply chain analytics practice. You will be working alongside different global stakeholders to deliver supply chain solutions to a varied clientele.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, various SCM solutions, and value proposition

2. Understanding of our customer's requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it

3. Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of SCM solutions to customers across industries and geographies

4. Work closely with architects to develop the clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets

5. Configure the SCM solution based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems

6. Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases and document issues and track progress at resolving issues

7. Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base

8. Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams

Technical Skills :

1. At least 5 years of experience with implementing planning applications is a MUST. Desired implementing experience includes solutions like Blueyonder, Kinaxis, SAP APO

2. Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

3. Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

4. Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirable.

5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation

6. Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.

7. A patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.

8. Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
