About the Role:
We are searching for a talented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in leveraging marketing automation to streamline customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty within the tax and compliance industry. Your responsibilities will include developing targeted campaigns for tax professionals and businesses, nurturing leads, and driving long-term customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) to design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, social media).
- Develop targeted audience segments based on user behavior, industry, tax needs, and other relevant criteria specific to the tax and compliance landscape.
- Create informative and engaging marketing content (e.g., email newsletters, blog posts, white papers) tailored to tax professionals and businesses, addressing their pain points and compliance challenges.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and nurture leads, promoting relevant tax and compliance solutions.
- Develop and manage automated customer journeys to optimize user onboarding, product adoption, and long-term customer retention within the tax and compliance software.
- Track campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and identify areas for improvement through A/B testing and optimization.
- Partner with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies within marketing automation and the tax and compliance industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and best practices, particularly for B2B and professional services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach to marketing with a focus on ROI.
- Experience with retargeting campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies within the B2B space.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of tax and compliance terminology and processes (a plus).
