Digital Marketing Specialist (FinTech Startup)
Work Schedule: Off on 2 alternate Saturdays every month . Sunday Fixed Holiday
Work timings - 10 am to 06 pm.
Role & Responsibility:
- A new age FinTech company is hiring an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketer to own the direction and execution of companies strategic efforts to increase brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and sales. In addition to experience in digital marketing, the right candidate will possess a growth mindset.
- Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns.
- Own the brand messaging strategy and standards.
- Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts.
- Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments.
- Own the use of our marketing technology platforms.
- Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed.
- Coordinate with our content manager on the scope and direction of content creation.
- Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy.
- Oversee advertising campaigns on Keyword analytics, Website analytics, Photoshop, Google analytics, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- You will need to be well versed with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Graphic Designing, basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with internal stakeholders
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, Web Trends, etc.)
- Act as our community manager on our social media accounts.
- Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
- Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.
- Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
- Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth.
- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
- Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimising search and user experience.
- You will be an individual contributor, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
- You will be provided a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact your work
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Digital marketing. Good knowledge of SEO ON PAGE & OF PAGE SMO (FACE BOOK , LINKEDIN, TWITTER, INSTRAGRAM), GOOGLE ADWORD, GOGOLE ANALYTICS, KEYWORD ANALYSIS, WEBSITE ANALYSIS, PHTOSHOP, VIDEO EDITING.
- Additional experience of writing FinTech Content Writing will be an added advantage.
