Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Litigation Specialist with 8 - 10 years of experience in handling litigation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and possess excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a professional who can understand customers' legal requirements, explain the litigation process, connect with affiliates, and negotiate prices effectively. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end court procedures and be able to work independently while demonstrating strong ownership and mentorship abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Handling: Manage and handle litigation cases effectively from start to finish.
- Customer Interaction: Understand customers' legal requirements and provide clear explanations of the litigation process.
- Affiliate Management: Establish and maintain connections with affiliates to support litigation processes.
- Negotiation: Conduct price negotiations with clients and affiliates to ensure fair and beneficial agreements.
- Court Procedures: Demonstrate sound knowledge of end-to-end court procedures, ensuring all legal actions are handled appropriately and efficiently.
- Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned cases.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in litigation handling.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle price discussions and settlements.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of court procedures and legal processes.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to successful resolution.
- Mentorship: Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
