Vakilsearch - Product Manager

Vakilsearch is a compliance tech platform that simplifies legal, tax & compliance and empowers over 2 Lakh Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across India. We are committed to making product led fulfilment of professional shared services a way of life for the SMBs.

Vakilsearch's product team handles problem discovery, customer acquisition, delight & retention, strategic alliances and interactions with multiple stakeholders. As the heart of the product team, this critical role will independently own and lead these strategic initiatives end-to-end.

As a product manager, you will be responsible for driving outcomes via a data driven, iterative process. Execution excellence at pace is paramount. This is a great role if you are looking to join a rapidly growing company and drive outsized impact in changing this industry forever.

Qualification:

- 3 to 5 years of experience at building high-impact products at scale, preferably in a fast-paced product company.

- B.Tech and MBA or equivalent experience.

- Strong quantitative problem solving and metrics orientation.

- Ability to articulate clearly coupled with an ability to get down to the details (Zoom out and zoom in).

- Demonstrated experience of operating in a rapid experimentation/ fail fast product culture.

- Demonstrated experience of operating and managing multiple functional/ partner interfaces.

Working Model: Work from Office at Chennai. Location.
